Restarted Development: New sound-effects and music

--Changes--

I've updated the game to include new soundeffects and a background song.
The new sound effects are  Breaking pots, Hitting walls, and Rocket thrust.
I've also added a song from the incompetech

Thanks Jocky_24 for the feedback and for following the development, because of that I've decided to begin developing on the game again.
For this update I rewrote the entire audio system to be easier to expand and add variations. it's simple but its good enough for now.

For the next update I plan on improving the destruction with something like knocking plates off tables and the likes.

Its an old project with alot of questionable decisions, so it wil probably require rewriting and restructuring the collision system.
